I've conducted interviews for years (over 3,000) and watched capable people get rejected not because they weren't good enough, but because no one taught them how the game worked.

I stopped just recruiting for companies and started teaching the people sitting on the other side of the table. What I've discovered is that most career problems aren't skills problems, but lack of clarity about who you are, what you really want, and how to communicate that to the world.

Today through my brand “Exit The Office” I work with professionals from Europe and beyond who know they are capable of more, but aren't sure what that "more" actually looks like. That's where we start.
