Godinama sam vodila intervjue (preko 3.000) i gledala kako sposobne kandidate odbijaju – ne zato što nisu bili dovoljno dobri, već zato što ih niko nije naučio kako da igraju ovu igru.

Prestala sam da samo regrutujem za kompanije i počela da podučavam ljude koji sjede sa druge strane stola. Ono što sam otkrila je da većina karijernih problema nisu problemi sa vještinama, već nedovoljno jasnoće o tome ko si, koliko imaš da ponudiš i šta zapravo želiš da radiš.

When it comes to results, so far I have had several interviews, but they have only been first-round job interviews, so I haven't found a new job yet.
