We operate on the RPO/Embedded recruitment model.
This means we lend you our recruiters who take on specific tasks for you, for a set number of hours that match your needs and budget.

What does the collaboration process look like?
You fill out a questionnaire to understand if and how we can work together.
If the answer is affirmative, we schedule an intro call where we map potential solutions for your needs together.
We agree on goals, working hours, define the process and deadlines, after which we start working.
We use an ATS to manage applications*
We measure working hours with a tool that collects screen captures, so you have complete insight into what we do.
We meet once a week for 30 minutes to update regularly.
Every Friday, you receive a written report on what has been done during that week.
We create a database of all contacted candidates that remains entirely yours.
After just the first 7 days of the sourcing phase, we will have candidates in the ATS.
*ATS - Applicant Tracking System is candidate tracking software. We use Freshteam, 100Hires, or FlowQ, but we can adapt to any other software.

Unfortunately not. We can’t help with work permits, and in most of the cases we work with international companies hiring remote specialists within a very tight niche.
If we have available recruiters in our team, we can work on short-term projects. However, we prioritize clients who "rent" our recruiters on a monthly basis, which is why we focus on long-term projects. If your team needs a quick solution, feel free to reach out with your inquiry, and we'll see what we can do together.
We mainly work with international companies in the IT, gaming, and marketing industries, but there are exceptions. Our business is 100% online, so it doesn't matter where you are because we can access global candidate pools.
You pay us based on the number of hours worked, which we measure using time tracking software. With the report, you also receive screenshots.
