What does the Career Development and Change Program look like?

Step 1: You fill out a questionnaire and we schedule a meeting to see if and how we can work together.

Step 2: You fill out our questionnaire, after which we conduct an NBI assessment and define your unique profile. You'll be surprised at how accurate the NBI tool is!

Step 3: The first coaching session with Bojana lasts 90 minutes, during which you learn what your NBI profile looks like and how you can use it for career development.

Step 4: You receive your first homework assignment and, with the help of a mentor, create your personal career development strategy.

Step 5: You access the Jobiri platform where you watch video lessons, create a CV and cover letter. You can use it for 3 months.

Step 6: The second 90-minute coaching session during which we review your action plan, revise your CV and cover letter, and provide suggestions for improvement.

Step 7: You also receive a second homework assignment, which we arrange together and in accordance with your NBI profile.

Step 8: Follow your individual career development plan.

How long does the NBI Career Boost program last?

As long as it takes for you to thoroughly complete the homework assignments! Usually, 7 to 10 days pass between the first and second sessions, but if you wish, we can work faster or slower if that pace suits you better. You have access to video lessons and material on the Jobiri platform for 3 months.

Can people without experience also participate in the NBI Career Boost program?

The NBI Career Boost actually gives the best results for young people who still don't know what they want to be when they grow up 🙂

What happens after the program?

We stay in touch, and if you pay a subscription through Patreon, we will have a call once after 6 months, and again after 12 months in the form of a 45-minute video call.
